Any suggestions to help my rabbit's eye? Advice please!?

well, lets start here. my baby girl thumper had marshmellow cream on her, (she was not fed marshmellow cream. she is fed fresh fruits, mostly veggies, water, rabbit seeds, and hay). i decided to give her a bath because i wouldnt want her licking that off. i have given her a bath before : she loves being brushed and groomed, and bathed in warm water. out of nowhere, she made a screaming noise for a good 10 seconds and i darn near cried. it was terrible, and i have found the cause. she now has trouble opening her left eye. i assume either she hit/scratched her eye, or more likely we got soap in it. i rinsed it as thorough as possible for a bunny, put some ice on it for a while, and cleaned it with contact solution. we havnt had much progress yet, but she has been opening it a little more.also went to the store and bought higher grade vegetables and increased her food intake because she is very pissed off at me. im hoping shes better in the morning. any suggestions? even if its just for her comfort.
