Since being gay is a choice, doesn't that mean that some straight people tried gay sex,?

loved it and decided to never have straight sex again ? Shouldn't I try it out since, apparently, it's so amazing ? I mean, my mom always said "How do you know you don't like it if you haven't tried it.".
