Maybe why i think Christians bug me?

I think yall bug me because when atheist try to let science prevail in bettering man kind the church has to get its fat foot in the door. Started from Earth revolving around the sun, to now stem cells. And when atheist bring up terrible times in Church history, Bible thumpers forget everything terrible the church has done including the mention of mindless killing in the name of God-crusades, Salem witch trials, and molestation charges brought against priests, and cardinals. So it's not the people per se who i don't like its the institution they belong to, telling them how to think. Am i crazy?
