What should I say when people ask why my son isn't potty trained?

My oldest daughter was potty trained at 3.5 and my youngest just before 2. I let them decide when they wanted to start using the toilet. If thats what you want to do, keep telling these people thats what your doing or say you cant be bothered yet! thats what I would say just to annoy them.. Its strange these people keep asking you.
