Where was this video taken?

According to an old posting in the Chinese website, it was shot in Wuzhen Town (乌镇镇) that lies north of Tongxiang City in Zhejiang Province. Wuzhen is a popular tourist destination, being an "ancient town" with 2000 years of history.
