Skip beat birthday present?

ok, so everytime i read skip beat everyone is always saying, "i wonder when ren will open the birthday gift that kyoko got him?" wasnt the gift the flower wine drink (Gelee Au vin) his birthday present? the author is so ahead in the series that i dont think anybody would wait THAT long just to open a gift. especially if it's ren receiving a gift from kyoko. i keep looking and looking for the chapter in which kyoko DOES give him the gift and i cant find it. to those of you that have read this series do you think that you could tell me what chapter it is in? another thing, in the series it also mentions how Ren tends to acts like multiple different people.[Remember it is Kuon, acting as Ren, Acting as Heel, Acting as B.J. Sooo there is a great chance he can lose control of his "selves" when the woman he loves was getting hurt, not multiple personality disorder, because all those characters are different pieces/characters of himself,.... Which is why he asked, "Who am I?" can you also clarify what the author is doing because his multiple selfs get me confused. Thanks
