Does anyone have sickecell trate and have a child?

If you are both carriers (have the sickle cell trait), for each conception you have a 25% chance of a child totally unaffected (nn), a 50% chance of a child with sickle cell trait (Nn), and a 25% chance of a child with full blown sickle cell anemia (NN). So in all there is a 75% chance for each child that it will at least have one copy of the sickle cell gene. You might consider having the embryo tested early in gestation to find out if it is NN or Nn.
