Another bible thumper would like you to provide some evidence to evolution?

If you are still on about peppered moths then you know nothing about evolution. May I suggest you read "The Greatest Show on Earth" by Richard Dawkins which is evolution for beginners. Follow that with "The Ancestor's Tale" by the same author. It describes the track from single celled creatures to humans but does it backwards, starting with humans and exploring the ancestors. After that, your appetite for knowledge should be whetted enough for you to have a go at Stephen J Gould's "The Structure of Evolutionary Theory". Don't start with Gould, though, his 1400 pages might be a bit challenging before you are ready for it.
